  Air exchanger install. Good job and priced fairly. Technicians were great at explaining what they were doing and consulted with me throughout the process, giving me choice of color, placement of switch upstairs. They took the time to explain how to maintain the unit even though it's 'in the manual'. The unit runs very well. Huge difference in air quality. Chris too gave a good start explaining how it works and what to expect with a quote that was honored.

  I can't say enough good things about these guys and I am glad to have had them do all this work for me. If you're in the market for solar (you should be) or geo, these guys are the ones to call!

  Hayter did a couple projects for my wife and I this year. Our first was a solar array with the MicroFIT program, and they were awesome from the start to finish. We had numerous setbacks and frustrations courtesy of the government, but Matt and Carol worked through it and kept me in the loop the entire time. The install team was great as well and a pleasure to deal with and were very meticulous. Later in the year, we had The Hayter Group back to take care of our geothermal install when our old one quit. Again, very courteous and easy to work with, and they fit us in as quick as they could to replace our system as it was in the middle of the heatwave we had in July.

  Replacing an old geothermal furnace is not cheap and warrants research into the new equipment and the firm doing the installation. I chose Hayter Group and am glad I did. They kept within their estmate which was cheaper than another local firm but their professionalism and service was far superior. They were responsive, professional, friendly and took the time to fully answer all my queries and concerns, Sales rep Jim Redick was excellent as were the installation team (neat and tidy) and the after sales service which has always been very responsive. I recommend the Hayter Group 100%
